Jane Lavender-Baker is the Group Executive Strategy, Culture & Reputation at ARTC, with responsibility for strategic projects, policy and advocacy, as well as enterprise, network and supply chain strategy.
Adept in building high-performing teams and driving positive cultural change, Jane is also responsible for people, culture, reputation, communications, marketing and corporate affairs.
A Director on the TrackSAFE Foundation Board, Jane has an outstanding business acumen and since joining ARTC in 2012 has played a key role in transforming the company from a passive infrastructure owner to a champion for freight on rail.
