Sarah Wilson is the Group Executive People & Performance at ARTC, with responsibility for our People Business Partnering, Organisational Capability, Communications and Community, and Performance and Reward functions.

Sarah has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources – including in the property, professional services and energy industries – with her expertise covering workforce planning and talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, and employee engagement.

She previously worked at national construction company Built – firstly as National Human Resources Manager and then as Director, People & Culture – and prior to that held other senior HR roles at Ernst & Young, AGL Energy and Accenture.
