Shane Flowers is acting Chief Financial Officer at ARTC having previously served as the company’s General Manager of Financial Services. He has responsibility for the corporate finance function including financial planning and reporting, treasury and transactional finance processes.
With more than 20 years of experience across various financial, commercial and governance roles, Shane has an outstanding understanding of Australia’s infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining ARTC in 2018, he occupied Chief Financial Officer roles at both ElectraNet (electricity transmission) and at Adelaide Airport Limited where he was also Company Secretary.
Shane also has extensive experience in corporate advisory work having spent more than 10 years working for PwC in Australia and the UK.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is also a non-executive director at the Jam Factory and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics.
