Essential Track Maintenance, Eden Hills SA, June 2025

We will be carrying out essential track maintenance (mud hole repairs) in the Eden Hills SA area, to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur between
- 9:00PM, Wednesday 18 June 2025 until 9:00AM Thursday 19 June 2025
- 9:00PM, Thursday 19 June 2025 until 9:00AM, Friday 20 June 2025, weather permitting. We will be working within these times, including nights.
You may have noticed we have already begun minor preparation works and material deliveries. Site clean-up will continue during standard construction hours after the work is complete.
How this affects you?
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
