Level crossing closure: Blaxland/London Road, Parkes, NSW – 25 to 27 October 2026

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) will be carrying out track maintenance at the Blaxland/London Road level crossing in Parkes, NSW.
This work is scheduled from 6:00am Sunday 25 to 6:00pm Tuesday 27 October 2026, weather permitting.
Both crossings will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians for the full duration of the work, including nights.
All traffic will be redirected via Hartigan Avenue, the Newell Highway (Bypass), Forbes Road and Saleyards Road.
Access to the golf course via the Newell Highway will be retained.
