Rail grinding, Taree to Telarah, NSW, 12 to 16 August

We continually operate track machines, such as rail grinders, across our network to improve track conditions and ensure safer, more reliable rail operations.
Rail grinding will take place at multiple locations along the North Coast Line between Taree and Telarah, overnight from 6:00pm 6:00am from Tuesday 12 to Saturday 16 August. Crews will be moving progressively from one location to another.
How this affects you
During the work you may notice:
- Increased light and noise levels
- Additional vehicle activity on surrounding roads.
