We will be carrying out grinding and machine maintenance works between Newport and Lubeck, Victoria, to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur from,
- 3:30 PM, Tuesday, 27 May 2025 until 6:00 AM, Wednesday 28 May 2025, weather permitting. We will be working continuously between these times, including nights.

- Watering down work areas
- Implementing practical measures to reduce dust
- Positioning light towers to direct light away from residential areas
- Arrange work in stages and/or phase
