ARTC is committed to providing our people with
the skills and development opportunities that
assists them in achieving their work objectives.
To complement the focus on succession planning,
ARTC has continued to offer development courses
at front-line management, middle management
and senior management levels to improve the
Company’s management capabilities. These
courses have been designed to specifically meet
the requirements of ARTC, equipping our future
ARTC leaders with the skills and knowledge
required to take on additional work challenges.
To enhance entry into network controller positions
for trainees, a new network controller curriculum
was developed and rolled out as a pilot in the
