supporting the whole Company.

regularly test for drug and alcohol
misuse to help maintain a safe,
healthy and productive workplace.
We
test more than 1,200 employees
and contractors each year for drug
and alcohol misuse with less than
1 per cent of the tests carried out
this year breaching the rules.
We
recognise both physical and
psychological aspects of health and
wellbeing and have an Employee
Assistance Program and other
services available for workers.
We
avoid preventable incidents
through our rail and workplace
safety audit plan which helps
monitor and correct work practice.
