Newsflash! Careers day features on TV

Our latest ‘Get on Track’ careers day held on 12 May 2025 at our Gunnedah Provisioning Centre featured on local TV news.

More than 20 students from five schools attended the hands-on event in regional NSW, which was organised as part of broader efforts to encourage the next generation of rail workers.

“Following the success of our first Get on Track event in Newcastle last year, it was great to see another strong turnout of school students from the north-central NSW region,” said Jye Charlton Brennan, ARTC’s Pathways Coordinator.

“The rail industry offers so many rewarding career paths, so it’s important to let young people know about the opportunities available, which will also help ensure that we’re able to maintain a strong workforce in the future.”
