These rules and procedures are applicable from near Kalgoorlie WA (1780.600km) to Broken Hill (east to signal 5 and west from signal 56), and Dimboola Loop (east to signals 365/12 and 365/10 and west from signals 365/30 and 365/32) exclusive of all TransAdelaide, and Genesee & Wyoming Network Lines.
