Essential Track Maintenance, Nhill, Victoria May 2025

We will be carrying out track maintenance in the Nhill, Victoria area to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur between,
- 7:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday 19th May 2025 through to Friday 23rd May 2025, weather permitting. We will be working during the day only.
You may have noticed we have already begun minor preparation works and material deliveries. Site clean-up will continue during standard construction hours after the work is complete.
How this affects you.
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
