Level Crossing Closure – Sharps and Taylors Road, Victoria – 13 to 14 September, 2025

We will be carrying out essential track maintenance at Sharps and Taylors Road, Tallarook, to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.

This work is scheduled from 6:00am to 7:00pm Saturday 13 September and 6:00am to 7:00pm Sunday 14 September, weather permitting.

For safety reasons, the crossing will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians for the full duration of the work, including nights.

A detour will be in place on Tallarook-Pyalong Rd and Upper Goulburn Rd, and signage will redirect road users.

We will begin minor preparation work and material deliveries in the lead up to the work. Site clean-up may continue for several weeks after the work is completed. 

Traffic controllers and signage will safely guide road users and pedestrians around the worksite.
