Track maintenance: Bargo to Mittagong, NSW – 11 to 14 September 2026
September 11 @ 10:30 pm - September 14 @ 2:00 am
Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) will be carrying out track maintenance in your area to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled from 10:30pm, Friday 11 September 2026 to 2:00am, Monday 14 September 2026.
We will be working continuously during this time however, works will progress rapidly and we will only spend 2-4 hours in any one location.
We’re committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time
- Reminding our contractors to drive and park safely in local communities.
We’re here to help and answer your questions about the work. Please call our Community Line on 1300 550 402 or email community@artc.com.au.
