Track Maintenance – Broken Hill Rail Yard, NSW – 2 to 30 June 2026

We will be carrying out track maintenance within the Broken Hill Rail Yard to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
The works are scheduled to occur from 5:00am Tuesday 2 June to 6:00pm Tuesday 30 June 2026, weather permitting. We will be working intermittently between these times, including nights and weekends.
The planned works will be limited to the rail yard area only.
You may have noticed we have already begun minor preparation works and material deliveries. Site clean-up will continue during standard construction hours after the work is complete.
