Track Maintenance, Welladsens Road, Barnawartha, Victoria, May 2025.

We will be carrying out bridge and track maintenance around Welladsens Rd Barnawartha, Victoria to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur from
- 6:00AM, Saturday 3rd May 2025 until 2:00PM, Monday 5th May 2025, weather permitting. We will be working continuously between these times, including Saturday & Sunday night shifts
Our contractor will be in the area during standard working hours prior and post this period to undertake site preparation & site tidy up activities.
How this affects you?
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
During this time traffic management will be in place at Welladsens Road, Barnawartha.
Audible Track Warning Devices may also be heard during this time around High Street and Station Street, Barnawartha as well as Old Barnawartha Road, Barnawartha North.
