Essential Track Maintenance, Jacana, Victoria, March 2025

We will be carrying out essential track maintenance in Jacana, Victoria.
This work is scheduled to occur between 6:00AM Saturday 22 March 2025 until 8:00am Monday 24 March 2025, weather permitting. We will be working continuously between these times, including nights.
Please do not park cars at Coupling Way (where the rail corridor is) as there will be plant and personnel movement in and out from there.
You may have noticed we have already begun minor preparation works and material deliveries. Site clean-up will continue during standard construction hours after the work is complete.
How this affects you?
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
