Hunter Valley February Major Maintenance Closedown

We will be completing essential track maintenance at multiple locations from Kooragang to Maitland and Gunnedah and between Ulan and Turrawan to maintain network safety and reliability. Works will occur from 6:30am on Tuesday 6 February until 6:30am on Friday 9 February 2024, and will include night works at some locations.
We have begun mobilising to some sites site and carrying out minor preparation work and there will be post work site clean-up in the days following. All preparation and clean-up work will be completed during standard working hours.
ARTC crews will minimise the impact of the work wherever possible, including positioning light towers to shine away from residences, watering down work areas and limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
Coaches and buses will replace NSW TrainLink services during the trackwork period and customers should visit Transportnsw.info or call 13 22 32 for assistance to plan their journey.
