Track machine weekend stabling – Telarah – January and February 2025

We continually operate track machines across the network to improve track conditions and allow safer, more reliable, and quieter rail operations.
This means track machines need to be stabled in sidings for routine maintenance.
Track machines will be stabled at Telarah, NSW for maintenance from 7:00am to 5:30pm on the following days:
- Saturday 11 January
- Sunday 12 January
- Saturday 18 January
- Sunday, 19 January
- Saturday, 25 January
- Sunday, 26 January
- Monday, 27 January
- Saturday 1 February
- Sunday 2 February
You may notice increased noise during maintenance as our machines need to keep idling so we can check that all the electrical components are operating correctly.
To reduce noise impacts, we will stable at a location away from residents where possible.
