Track Maintenance (Bridge works), Mittagong, NSW

We will be carrying out track maintenance (bridge works) in the Mittagong, NSW area to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur from
- 6:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 31 May 2025 and Sunday 1 June 2025, weather permitting. We will be working during the day only.
These works involve repairs at Bessemer Street, Mittagong Underbridge.
How this affects you?
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
Traffic controllers and signage will safely guide road users and pedestrians around the worksite.
