Track Maintenance (Tamping), Stawell to Serviceton, Victoria, May/June 2025

We will be carrying out track maintenance (tamping) between Stawell and Serviceton, Victoria to maintain a safe and reliable rail network.
This work is scheduled to occur from
- 6:00AM, Thursday 29 May 2025 until 5:00PM, Sunday 15 June 2025, weather permitting. We will be working continuously between these times, including the weekends.
How this affects you?
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
- Watering down work areas
- Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
- Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time.
