Victoria St, Muswellbrook – Project site establishment and deliveries

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has begun preparing a work site near Victoria St, Muswellbrook ahead of a maintenance project scheduled to be completed in November 2023.
Preparation works and material deliveries have begun and will take place from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday – Friday for the next few weeks. Preparation work will take place during the day only.
The maintenance work is scheduled to take place from 6:00am Tuesday 21 November to 7:00am Friday 24 November. We will be working continuously between these times, including nights.
We are committed to reducing the impacts of noise, dust and light from our works wherever possible, including:
– Positioning light towers to shine away from residences
– Watering down work areas
– Limiting the number of machines operating at any one time
