September Major Closedown – NSW and Victoria

We will be completing essential track maintenance and improvement works at multiple locations between Sydney NSW and Melbourne VIC as part of the annual September Super Possession. Works will occur from 10:00pm on Friday 22 September until 11:30pm on Monday 25 September 2023, and will include night works at some locations.
We will begin mobilising to site and carrying out minor preparation work in the days prior to the shutdown work commencing and there will be post work site clean-up in the days following. All preparation and clean-up work will be completed during standard working hours.
We will implement measures to manage and minimise impacts on the community where possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank the community for their support and patience while these essential works are undertaken.
