Rick Willmott is the Group Executive People & Performance at ARTC. Based in our Sydney office, Rick joined ARTC in October 2023 with more than 30 years’ experience as a senior executive.
He has lent his expertise to major blue-chip corporations in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, including United Technologies Corporation, Toll Group and Rio Tinto. During this time Rick as held regional and global executive positions.
With experience across the technology, construction, manufacturing, logistics and mining sectors, Rick’s executive roles have been centred on assisting global organisations to deliver sustainable business results through people processes and transformative leadership.
