Rail grinding work from Gunning to Goulburn NSW

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) continually operates track machines across the network to improve track conditions and allow safer, more reliable, and quieter rail operations.
We will be completing rail grinding work around the clock between Gunning and Goulburn from 7:00am Wednesday 6 April until 11:00am Saturday 9 April 2022.
The rail grinding machine will be stabled for essential maintenance overnight at Goulburn on Wednesday 6, Thursday 7 and Friday 8 April 2022. While this maintenance is being completed the engine will continue running to power the required equipment.This allows us to check that all the components of the machine are operating correctly.
We will be working hard to minimise any disruptions this work may cause, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while this important work is completed.
